We present a case of severe Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and coexisting cytomegalovirus infection in a glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) enzyme deficient woman with anaplastic astrocytoma on temozolomide and corticosteroid therapy.
