A 10-day-old infant presented with tachypnea, harsh murmur, and cardiomegaly. Echocardiography revealed a multicystic mass invading the entire interventricular septum and protruding into the left ventricular cavity without left ventricular tract outflow tract obstruction and aortic stenosis.
