Anuran tadpoles (Rana pirica) are induced to develop a higher tail and a bulgy body as predator-specific morphological responses when they are exposed to predatory larval salamanders. In this work, the digestive tracts of 30 Great Shearwaters (Ardenna gravis) stranded along the coast of northern Argentine Patagonia were investigated for the issue of marine debris ingestion. A case-control study of bladder cancer in two northern counties of New Jersey was conducted to investigate a tumour that has been considered to be strongly associated with industrial and environmental exposures.
