A 5-year-old, 0.92-kg (2-lb), spayed female Dwarf Hotot rabbit was evaluated for a 1-day duration of lethargy and anorexia. Survey radiographs revealed evidence of gastrointestinal stasis. Barotrauma to the colon and rectum is well documented, most commonly due to endoscopic complications. Here, we describe the unique case of a 56-year-old male presenting with peritonitis after self induced barotrauma to his colon following an attempt to alleviate 4-day obstipation with a toilet plunger. OBJECTIVE: We describe a case of gastrointestinal duplication cyst with heterotopic gastric mucosa presenting with hematochezia.
CASE: The patient was a previously healthy 2-month-old girl presenting with passing fresh blood in the diaper without distress or abdominal discomfort. She was evaluated for colic prior to this episode and discharged home. Meckel scan was positive, and surgeons performed an exploratory laparotomy to identify a jejunal duplication cyst. The infant had an uneventful recovery and was discharged home.

Neuroblastoma MS with massive hepatomegaly is a small percentage of cases of neuroblastoma. It is more common in infants less than 4-6 weeks of life, and involves, in contrast to the standard of the NB MS, poor prognosis given the complications that can have. We present the case of a midtrimester intrauterine foetal demise (IUFD) in the context of abnormally invasive placentation. This was a grade 4 placenta previa with placenta increta in a patient requesting fertility conservation and was managed conservatively without immediate surgical intervention. We report a clinical course of a patient who developed severe ischemic liver injury and total occlusion of the celiac artery (CA). A 40-year-old man presented with abdominal pain. Cervical cancer metastasis to the small intestine is a rare occurrence that is easily misdiagnosed as a small bowel obstruction. The present study reports the case of a 46-year-old cervical cancer patient with metastasis to the small intestine, which presented as an acute abdomen due to intestinal obstruction.
