Colorectal carcinoma in children and adolescents is extremely rare, with an annual incidence <0.3 cases per million, most frequently reported in the second decade of life. It accounts for severe morbidity and poor prognosis owing to the low index of suspicion, delayed diagnosis, advanced stage at presentation and the aggressive tumor nature. Osteosarcomas of the craniofacial bones account for fewer than 10% of all osteosarcomas. Primary osteosarcomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus are rare (0.5-8.1% of the osteosarcomas occur in this location). Because of the rarity of this presentation, we report a case of osteogenic osteosarcoma arising de novo from the ethmoid bone in a 13 year old male who presented with discharge from the right eye and headaches. We describe the imaging features of this rare tumor and provide a brief review of the literature.

Herein, we described a novel method as the use of AcuBlade robotic microsurgery system to manage idiopathic subglottic stenosis in a 73-y-old lady. Compared to traditional CO2 lasers, AcuBlade facilitated the scar resection by the generation of different shape of beams (straight, curved, or disk). Myoepithelial carcinoma has rarely been reported in the oral cavity and oropharynx. We found only 6 cases of myoepithelioma of the tongue reported till date. Two cases had a benign myoepithelioma; four had epithelial-Myoepithelial carcinoma. The present case had malignant myoepithelioma, a distinct entity from other histologies.

Esophageal hematoma is a relatively rare event. We report a case of severe chest pain associated with myocardial infarction and recurrent chest pain after administration of a thrombolytic agent. The chest pain was different from the presenting symptom and accompanied by 2 episodes of hematemesis. Esophageal hematoma was confirmed after endoscopy and computed tomography. Esophageal hematoma is a relatively rare event after thrombolytic therapy.
