To determine whether patients with acquired asplastic anemia (AA) exhibit clonal hematopoiesis, we used restriction fragment length polymorphisms of the X-linked genes phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK1) and hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT) and the X-linked probe M27 beta.
