INTRODUCTION: Stable angina pectoris has a high prevalence and causes serious harm. Revascularization therapy can relieve angina pectoris to some extent, but it is not widely accepted in China due to the cost and secondary events. The Chinese proprietary medicine Danlou tablet has been widely used to treat angina pectoris, but previous trials had inadequate methodologies. PURPOSE: The rational use of drugs (RUD) is primarily the responsibility of physicians. The aim of this study was to investigate whether physicians are aware of RUD principles and how they apply them in daily medical practice.

INTRODUCTION: Percutaneous drainage is the standard of care for intra-abdominal abscesses. Additional saline irrigation provides mechanical cleansing but lacks antimicrobial activity. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl), an endogenous antiseptic with broad-spectrum microbicidal activity and high tissue compatibility, is a promising alternative for intracavitary infection control.
