Professional delay is an important delay in referral of patients with suspected mouth cancer. Missing the possibility of cancer might not only result in worse outcomes in respect to function and survival, but also have medicolegal implications. Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is an autosomal recessive disorder with an incidence of 1/6,000-1/10,000 and is the leading fatal disease among infants. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with a high prevalence in young pregnant females. A 38-year-old female with a history of morbid obesity status post-bariatric surgery presented with chest pain. A retrospective analysis of 25 patients with a history of prostate cancer (PC) who subsequently underwent allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for treatment of a hematologic malignancy was performed.
