AIM: The aim of our study is to assess the diagnostic value of Technituim-(99m)-Methyle diphosphonate ((99m)Tc-MDP) Bone scintigraphy in the assessment of children with back pain. METHODS: Included in this retrospective study were 68 child referred to us complaining of back pain (mean age of 13+ 2). There were 45 boys and 23 girls. Anomalous origin of right coronary artery: an anatomico-clinical perspective of 2 cases.

The prevalence of anomalous origin of right coronary artery is 0.25%.Though the patients may be asymptomatic the recognition of the condition is important as they may present with angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or even sudden death. A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of CT coronary angiograms revealed two such rare cases. We have compared the features of these rare variants with the expected norm and attempted to explain the possible anatomical mechanisms which may lead to the production of clinical signs and symptoms.

Sinonasal tumors may grow to considerable size before presentation and in view of their relation to the base of skull, orbit, cranial nerves and vital vessels; a precise diagnostic and therapeutic planning is needed to achieve the optimal results.
