CASE REPORT: A 35-year-old man suffered a severe hipotension maculopathy after being kicked in his left eye. He presented a broad area of iridodialisis. Gonioscopy, ultrasound biomicroscopy and optic coherence tomography were not able to locate the suspected cyclodialysis. Medical treatment was ineffective.
