Robinow syndrome is a rare congenital abnormality. It is characterized by mesomelic brachymelia, hemivertebrae, dysmorphic facies, genital hypoplasia, micropenis, clinodactyly, camptodactly, hypoplastic nails and moderate short stature. We are documenting the case on the account of its rarity and additional features.

Osteosarcoma is a leading cause of malignant tumor related death. We conducted a meta-analysis to evaluate the association between pathological fractures and prognosis in patients with osteosarcoma. We searched PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase for studies published until May 15, 2017. Crude and adjusted relative risk (RR) with 95% confidence intervals were used to compare data between the case and control groups. Accessory urethra or duplication of the urethra is a rare anomaly. The vast majority occur in the sagittal plane; however, collateral or side-by-side duplications in the absence of bladder duplication also exist. We report six cases of urethral duplications. The mode of presentation and the importance of complete examination are discussed.

To assist in the understanding of the pathogenesis of the various ejaculatory disorders, 9 healthy male volunteers (mean age 30.4 +/- 4.8 years) were studied. To date, only 10 cases of distal penile gangrene in patients with chronic renal failure have been reported. This rare condition is believed to result from progressive vascular calcification due to secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic renal failure. We report an additional case of distal penile gangrene in a 41-year-old man who presented with chronic renal disease and pulmonary tuberculosis. Since some authors have emphasized that aggressive surgical treatment in such cases has a significant mortality rate, we took a more conservative approach to treatment.

A boy who had simple syndactyly involving the third web space of the left hand presented for elective syndactyly repair. Circumcision had been delayed because of neonatal medical problems. Elective syndactyly repair and circumcision were performed in one operation at age 9 months. Penile foreskin was used as a full-thickness skin graft for the syndactyly repair. The foreskin provided a functional syndactyly repair with good aesthetic characteristics. This obviated the need for two separate operations and for an additional skin graft donor site. OBJECTIVE: To report the aetiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of penile Mondor's disease treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or surgery.

A 22-year-old man suffered a hiking accident with perineal trauma and developed a nonpainful priapism secondary to bilateral arterial-cavernosal fistulas. To minimize the risk of impotence in this young patient, successive selective embolizations with autologous blood clot were performed to close the fistulas. This led to an uncomplicated full recovery. No fistula was detectable on Doppler ultrasonography at 1-year follow-up. Review of the literature confirms the safety of embolization with autologous clot.

We report here two cases of priapism. One of these cases was suspected to be drug induced and high and low flow mixed type. The patient had taken the drugs, alpha-blocker for hypertension and dysuria by BPH for a long time. He was treated by a caveno-glandular shunt. An improved surgical approach to glanuloplasty in male epispadias repair is reported. The 3 essential steps of this repair include 1) reverse meatal advancement and glanuloplasty, 2) excision of redundant glans wing tissue bilaterally and 3) creation of a glandular urethra with a 2-layer glans closure. In more than 200 cases this technique has proved successful in producing a cosmetically satisfactory glans with a low rate of fistula formation (less than 5%).
