Uterus bicornuate unicollis is one of the various congenital abnormalities of the female genital tract caused by partial fusion of the mullerian ducts on both sides. A case of acute abdomen resulting from missed diagnosed bicornuate unicollis uterus in a 42-year infertile women was presented.
