UNLABELLED: This study discusses phonetogram recordings as a tool in the voice clinic. It reports experiences during recordings and changes in measures across voice therapy for women with vocal fatigue. This is a report of our work on a female patient with Wilson's disease who was treated for speech improvement. A palatal lift prosthesis was constructed to displace the soft palate superiorly and posteriorly and partially restore the functional deficiencies of palatopharyngeal insufficiency.
