INTRODUCTION: Situs inversus, polysplenia, complex jejuna atresia are rare anomalies in isolation. Their association in a single patient is even rarer with challenges in diagnosis and management.
PRESENTATION OF CASE: A 5 day old neonate presented with features of small bowel obstruction. Radiological investigations revealed situs inversus abdominalis with dilated proximal small bowel loops. At laparotomy, abdominal situs inversus, polysplenia, multiple jejunal atresias with apple peel appearance of the ileum with malrotation was seen.

Gastric metastasis from ovarian cancer has rarely been reported. We herein report the case of a 64-year-old woman with gastric metastasis from ovarian cancer that was diagnosed as surgical stage IA. Diagnostic and staging laparotomy showed mucinous carcinoma of the right ovary. At one month after surgery, bone metastasis was detected via scintigraphy. Normal adnexal torsion is rare during pregnancy. We here report the case of a 22-year old patient presenting with acute lateropelvic pain associated with a 2-month history amenorrhea. We report a rare case of delayed intestinal ischemia after total arch replacement for type A acute aortic dissection. INTRODUCTION: Features of low tension in breast hydatid cyst and symptoms secondary to cyst dying and disintegration are unique and not yet reported in the literature.
MATERIAL AND METHOD: An young woman of 30 years complained about pain and vague swelling in the right breast during follow-up with albendazole therapy following second laparotomy for post-surgical residual cavity of hydatid cyst in the left lobe of the liver. Breast ultrasound was diagnostic.
