The Oculobulbar Facial Respiratory (OBFR) score is a tool that objectively measures bulbar function in myasthenia gravis (MG). INTRODUCTION: Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease. Patients without detectable antibodies against the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor or the muscle-specific tyrosine kinase are referred to as seronegative MG (SNMG). Because late-onset congenital myasthenic syndromes (CMSs) due to RAPSN or DOK7 mutations may be mistaken for SNMG, we investigated their frequency in a nationwide SNMG cohort.

We report a case of awake intubation utilizing Pentax-AWS Airwayscope in semi-sitting position. A 74-year-old man with myasthenia gravis and cervical disc hernia was scheduled for distal gastrectomy under general anesthesia. This paper describes the preparation and in vitro evaluation of 18 newly prepared bis-quinolinium inhibitors on human recombinant acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and human plasmatic butyrylcholinesterase (BChE).
