Capillary hemangiomas of the testis are extremly rare tumors. We reported a case of intratesticular hemangioma, unusually localisation of this vascular benign neoplasm. The patient was 12 year old boy, with hydrocele and a palpabile testicular mass. Scrotal sonography revealed varicocele and hydrocele in the left scrotal sac. There was a solid hypoechogenic zone 5 mm in diameter in the left testis. Tumor markers like serum level of beta human chorionic gonadotropin and alpha fetoprotein were normal. The patient underwent surgery, and intraoperativ frozen section showed a capillary hemangioma.

OBJECTIVE: To report a newborn infant who died of alveolar capillary dysplasia (ACD). The literature on about 20 cases of ACD was reviewed.
METHODS: A retrospective review of records of infants from Medline with a diagnosis of ACD was carried out.
RESULTS: The case was a newborn female infant who developed respiratory distress 5 hours after an uncomplicated delivery. She died at the fourth day after birth despite full ventilatory support. BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Lobular capillary hemangioma is a benign capillary proliferation of unknown etiology. To our knowledge, no comprehensive review of imaging findings of LCHNC has been presented. Thus, we investigated characteristic CT features of LCHNC.

A 66-year-old man with mitral stenosis on coumadin presents with hemoptysis caused by a capillary hemangioma of the proximal airways. Argon plasma coagulation was utilized to treat the lesions resulting in resolution of hemoptysis. Tracheobronchial capillary hemangiomas are rare in adults, but are easily discovered and treated with bronchoscopic intervention.
