Pancreatic tuberculosis (TB) is a rare extrapulmonary manifestation that can mimic pancreatic cancer. The enteric infection of humans with the canine hookworm Ancylostoma caninum varies in its clinical presentation, ranging from asymptomatic to eosinophilic gastroenteritis requiring surgical intervention.
