BACKGROUND: The significance of right-sided chest lead electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities in acute pulmonary embolism (APE) is unclear. This study evaluated the characteristics of such abnormalities in APE patients.

We report a simple endovascular repair for symptomatic aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) in an 11-year-old girl. She had undergone tracheostomy due to hypoxic encephalopathy after cardiac surgery and suffered from dyspnea.
