We generated H(2)S from NaHS and examined the effects on isolated efferent branchial arteries from steelhead (stEBA) or rainbow (rtEBA) trout. A series of five nitrogen-containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) was studied on polymeric octadecylsilica using methanol and acetonitrile as the mobile phase.
