Urethral polyp, a rare condition, occurs frequently in boys but seldom in young girls. In this report, we describe a case of a six-year-old female patient who experienced dysuria for eight days. Color ultrasound of the patient's urinary system revealed a solid nodule 14×9 mm in size at the opening of the urethra in the trigonal area of the bladder. Objective: To explore the ultrasonic manifestations of mesenteric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs) in children. Methods: Seven patients with mesenteric IMTs were retrospectively analyzed. An autocatalytic system, permanganate-ultrasonic (PM-US) system, was applied to degrade perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in aqueous solutions. After a 120-min ultrasonication, a PM dosage of 6 mM increased the pseudo first-order rate constant (k1) for PFOA decomposition from 3.5 × 10-3 to 13.0 × 10-3 min-1 and increased the pseudo zeroth-order rate constant (k2) for PFOA defluorination from 1.5 × 10-3 to 7.9 × 10-3 mM·min-1, respectively. OBJECTIVE: This study was conducted to introduce and evaluate the efficacy of an ultrasonic bony aspirator in rhinoplasty for hump removal.
DESIGN: Retrospective study.
SETTING: University medical center.
PATIENTS: Twenty patients who underwent hump removal using an ultrasonic bone aspirator from October 2013 to November 2016 were enrolled in the study.

We report a case of an axillary lymphangioma in a fetus delivered at 30 weeks' gestation with suspected intralesional hemorrhage based on the ultrasonic findings.
