Cyprodinil is a widely used systemic fungicide, and its major photodegradation metabolite TPs3 remain underexplored. Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic, intensely pruritic dermatosis driven by neuroimmune dysregulation for which targeted therapies are emerging. The objective of our study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Janus kinase inhibitors (JAK-Is) for the treatment of PN. We conducted a systematic search in sources including PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase; the search was completed on September 9, 2025. We analyzed the outcome of 2229 patients with myelofibrosis (MF) treated with ruxolitinib before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Two populations of MF were defined from the AIFA web monitoring registries: the pre-COVID-19 (1703, 76.4%) and the post-COVID-19 (526, 23.6%) cohorts.
