We report on a 63-year-old female patient with Muir-Torre syndrome (MTS). In the course of this disease two carcinomas of the colon, a kerato-acanthoma and multiple sebaceous gland tumours, including four sebaceous carcinomas, appeared. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was used to systematically summarize the ultrasonographic data of 27 patients diagnosed with NH by surgical pathology, including 13 eccrine nodular hidradenomas (ENH) and 14 apocrine nodular hidradenomas (ANH).

AIMS: Poroma is a benign adnexal neoplasm with differentiation towards the upper portion of the sweat gland apparatus. In 2019, Sekine et al. demonstrated recurrent YAP1::MAML2 and YAP1::NUTM1 fusion in poroma and porocarcinoma. Follicular, sebaceous and/or apocrine differentiation has been reported in rare cases of poroma and whether these tumours constitute a variant of poroma or represent a distinctive tumour is a matter to debate. Herein we describe the clinical, immunophenotypic, and molecular features of 13 cases of poroma with folliculo-sebaceous differentiation.

Eccrine syringofibroadenoma (ESFA) is a cutaneous proliferation of eccrine ducts, mainly encountered in association with other dermatoses or skin tumors. Although a benign condition, either considered as a hamartoma or a reactive hyperplasia rather than a real neoplasm, some evidence suggests that longstanding ESFA can undergo malignant change. The recognition of such opportunity could have important therapeutic implications.
