We report the case of a 52-year-old man with a metastatic right testicular Sertoli cell tumor. The patient presented with fatigue, anorexia, unintentional weight loss, and bilateral gynecomastia. A prospective study was designed to compare cycles stimulated by human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) (group A) with cycles pretreated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist causing pituitary desensitization followed by hMG stimulation (group B).
