G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are polytopic membrane proteins that have a pivotal role in cellular signaling. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to review the characteristics of patients with septic arthritis after ACL reconstruction comparing our results with those deriving from the literature review.
PATIENTS AND METHODS: Patients with suspected post arthroscopic septic arthritis of the knee occurring within 6 months after surgery were evaluated to be included in the investigation. Replication of all positive-strand RNA viruses is intimately associated with membranes. Here we utilize electron tomography and other methods to investigate the remodeling of membranes in poliovirus-infected cells. We found that the viral replication structures previously described as "vesicles" are in fact convoluted, branching chambers with complex and dynamic morphology. Our objective was to determine animal responses and forage characteristics that could explain the greater forage quality of 'Mott' dwarf elephantgrass (Pennisetum purpureum Schum.) than that of 'Pensacola' bahiagrass (Paspalum notatum Flugge).
