PURPOSE: Through this work we are going to demonstrate the interest and the contribution of the percutaneous nephrostomy in obstructive anuria and in pyonephrosis.
PATIENTS AND METHODS: It is a retrospective study concerning 42 cases. The average age of the patients is 50 years (19-80 years). The sex-ratio is 26 men for 16 women. BACKGROUND: To evaluate the efficacy of a multistep strategy for Helicobacter pylori (HP) eradication.

Two methods of resection of the stomach by Billroth II were developed with creation of transversal termino-lateral gastroenteroanastomosis ( … rmation of gastroenteroanastomosis is completed 12-14 days after the operation. It heals by primary intention. Roentgenological examination of evacuation from the gastric stump on days 12-14 showed portional, rhythmic evacuation. Five consecutive patients with wound and/or plastic surgical flap failure after hip disarticulation or amputation at the lesser trochanteric transfemoral level were treated with local tissue debridement, open wound management, culture-specific antibiotic therapy, and nutritional supplementation.
