The aim of this study was to establish the incidence, imaging features and clinical significance of ductal evagination in patients undergoing submandibular gland sialography. Of 93 children with Crohn's disease treated at the Hôpital Sainte-Justine between 1967 and 1979, 39 were operated on. Ten had abscesses and anal fistulas drained and in 29 the bowel was resected. We present laparoendoscopic hybrid treatment of a patient with choledocholithiasis, cholecystitis and large duodenal diverticula. A 69-year-old patient underwent one-stage hybrid laparoendoscopic intervention.
