We studied the effects of intravenous clonidine treatment in a group of 24 patients with acute myocardial transmural anterior and/or lateral wall infarction. Clonidine, known as an antihypertonic agent, was administered as a bolus of 1-2 micrograms/kg body weight and repeated every 2-3 hr. Glioblastoma tumors are the most aggressive primary brain tumors that develop resistance to temozolomide (TMZ). Eribulin (ERB) exhibits a unique mechanism of action by inhibiting microtubule dynamics during the G2/M cell cycle phase.
