Mucosal prolapse syndrome (MPS) is a benign inflammatory disease of the rectum that causes bloody stool. Endoscopic treatment for MPS has not been established. We herein report a consecutive case series of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for MPS. There were four cases treated with ESD alone.
