A common deleted region (CDR) in both myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) affects the long arm of chromosome 20 and has been predicted to harbor a tumor suppressor gene. An IgM monoclonal antibody directed against the T-cell E-rosette receptor was obtained by preparing a hybridoma against cells of a human T-cell leukemia line, HPB-ALL. The antibody, named EDN-34B1, reacts exclusively with cells of T-cell lineage, including those of three T-cell leukemia lines. Parvalbumin (PV)-expressing GABAergic neurons are the largest class of inhibitory neocortical cells. We visualize brain-wide, monosynaptic inputs to PV neurons in mouse barrel cortex.
