OBJECTIVE: To compare the serum HCG levels in pregnant women of routine IVF versus ICSI during fresh transplantation cycles so as to explore whether ICSI influenced the serum HCG levels.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study is to assess the effect of two methods of vaginal scrubbing before egg retrieval on the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles.
