Dirofilariasis is an endemic animal parasitic disease in the Mediterranean basin. Its occurrence in humans is rare; when it occurs, it is most often in cutaneous locations. We report two new cases of dirofilariasis of the breast in two Tunisian women, aged 32 and 45 years old. Both came from northern Tunisia and consulted for breast lumps.
