We offer the first reported case of a pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) procedure performed in a patient with two devices, specifically a cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (CRT-D) and an Optimizer™ III device (Impulse Dynamics, Mount Laurel, NJ, USA), using the SANS FLUORO technique with zero fluoroscopy. In total, this patient had six leads traversing the right atrium, including two right atrial leads, three right ventricular leads-two associated with the Optimizer™ system and one implantable cardiac defibrillator lead-and a left ventricular lead.

A case of a 45,X/46,XY boy with gonadal dysgenesis is presented. The patient showed hypospadias and right undescended testis. He underwent underwent repair surgery for hypospadias, right orchidopexy, and bilateral testicular biopsy. Testicular biopsy revealed no malignant finding. He was followed-up annually by scrotum palpation. When the patient grew up to 24 years old, he was diagnosed to have right testicular tumor. High orchiectomy revealed pT1 seminoma. The management of undescended testis in men with gonadal dysgenesis and disordered sexual development is discussed.

Ovarian vein thrombosis (OVT) is an extremely rare but life-threatening complication of the postpartum period. It has never been reported as a complication of laparoscopic surgery. We report a case of right ovarian vein thrombosis that occurred in the postoperative period after patient underwent laparoscopic salpingectomy for a right side ectopic pregnancy. Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is a rare entity. Sometimes it may associate with mild diffuse or segmental coronary ectasia. CAF with giant coronary artery is exceptionally rare. We present a unique case of a 49-year-old female patient with a giant right coronary artery of diffuse ectasia coexisting with a fistula draining into the right ventricle. To our best knowledge, CAF with diffuse coronary ectasia of such giant size has never been reported. The patient was treated successfully by resection of the dilated right coronary artery, fistula closure, and coronary artery bypass grafting.

A facial asymmetry patient caused by temporomandibular joint ankylosis was operated by putting a distraction osteogenesis (DO)-appliance. One week after surgery, the right mandible was distracted. Twenty days after distraction, the height of right mandibular ramus and body increased obviously. Vascular involvement in Behcet's disease is rare approximately 14% venous and 1.6% arterial, serious and recurrent. We report a case of Behcet's disease with deep venous thrombosis and right iliac pseudoaneurysm which was repaired with polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE graft.
