Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare, slow-growing myxoid neoplasm of the pelvi-perineum. Because of its rarity, it is often initially misdiagnosed, frequently as a gynaecological malignancy. Surgical resection is the main treatment modality of AA, but, local recurrence rates are high. In order to reduce recurrence, the scope of surgical resection should be as broad as possible. Intra-operative pathological diagnosis is useful in deciding the scope of surgery, and wide excision may reduce recurrence.

Hydatid disease (HD) is a parasitic disease, most frequently caused by Echinococcus granulosus or Echinococcus multilocularis and rarely by Echinococcus vogeli or Echinococcus oligarthus. Small bowel intussusception (SBI) in infants and children are ususally associated with a lead point. With increased use of radiological investigations, more idiopathic SBIs are identified. As reduction by hydrostatic or air enema are less successful in these cases, most of them require surgical exploration in children. However, now many cases of SBI have been found to reduce spontaneously. We report two cases of SBI with spontaneous reduction and review the literature for the management guidelines.

The undescended testis is at an increased risk of malignant transformation. Almost all such tumours occur in the second to fourth decades of life and are usually seminomas. A case of a mixed germ-cell tumour with yolk sac and embryonal carcinoma components arising in one of the hitherto uncorrected bilateral cryptorchid testes of a3-year old child is presented.

Symptomatic neonatal Meckel's diverticulum is rare. We describe 2 interesting presentations of neonatal Meckel's diverticulum with review of the literature. Our first patient presented with massive bleeding per rectum in the first week of life, which is the only case reported so far. The second case presented with milk curd obstruction in the Meckel's diverticulum. We could find only one similar case in the literature.
