Fungal pleural infections are infrequent and insidious, for which there are neither large clinical studies nor targeted guidelines to provide standardized treatment options. We reported 4 cases of fungal pleural infection and reviewed the cases of fungal pleural infections in previous studies to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of fungal pleural infections.
