We report a case of ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate. A 81-year-old man presented with a complaint of microhematuria. Serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) was 18. 44 ng/ml. A cystourethroscopic examination revealed a papillary tumor near the verumontanum. Transurethral resection of the tumor and transrectal prostatic needle biopsy was carried out.
