INTRODUCTION: Burkitt's lymphoma is a form of non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma with more than one identifiable variant. The sporadic form most commonly presents with abdominal lymph node involvement.
CASE REPORTS: We herein report on three patients from our experience that presented with either endobronchial or colonic Burkitt's lymphoma. Their clinical presentation mimicked that of other syndromes. After confirmatory pathological diagnosis, the patients had complete remission through the use of an optimal treatment protocol.

To evaluate advantages and shortcomings of Dumon's, T-shape and polyflex endotracheal stents in patients with tumor and scarry stenoses of the trachea and main bronchi, we analysed the results of stenting trachea and main bronchi in 180 patients for 11 years (1992-2002). We observed the highest rate of granulations and dislocations for polyflex stents in the lowest adhesion of the sputum to their walls. The authors report a case of dermoid cyst of the mediastinum fistulized into the bronchi. This case was peculiar by virtue of its confusing clinical, radiological and biological characteristics which rendered the diagnosis difficult and in showing the value of bronchography in demonstrating the existence of the bronchocystic fistula. This excavated and fistulized tumor could be determined only after thoracotomy, confirming the primordial role of surgery in pathology of this type.
