Ventricular tachycardia (VT) is an arrhythmia associated with sudden cardiac death. VT storm is a complication of persistent VT requiring immediate antiarrhythmic therapy. In refractory cases, adjunctive therapy includes sedation/mechanical ventilation or catheter ablation.
