A 58-year-old man presented with painless swelling and induration of the glans and prepuce, initially suspected of having penile cancer. Clinical examination revealed bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. CT showed generalised lymph node enlargement, and biopsy confirmed small-cell lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Treatment with rituximab led to near-complete remission. This case report highlights penile lymphedema as a rare initial presentation of systemic lymphoma.

We reported one case of penile angiosarcoma in a 49-year-old patient who had been misdiagnosed as syphilis. Based on our experience, we suggest that if sexually transmitted diseases and Peyronie's disease can be ruled out, diagnosis of the penile angiosarcoma be warranted if unexplained rash, ulceration on the penis, and induration in corpus cavernosum are observed. It should be noted that if the anti-inflammatory or anti-viral treatment is prescribed for some time but the lesion does not disappear or even gets worse, the penile angiosarcoma should be suspected and penile biopsy is necessary.

Severe Peyronie's disease (PD) and concomitant erectile dysfunction (ED) may require plaque incision/excision and grafting (PIG) as an adjunct to penile prosthesis implantation (IPP). INTRODUCTION: Erectile dysfunction is a multifactorial disorder that increases in prevalence as men age. When medical therapy fails or when men are unwilling to try it, surgical intervention becomes the urologist's next best tool. The aim of this study was to study the clinical effectiveness of a structured home modeling (HM) protocol in Peyronie's disease (PD) patients who have residual curvature up to 45° after inflatable penile prosthesis (PP) placement. A total of 92 patients with PD and coexistent refractory erectile dysfunction received inflatable PP.
