IMPORTANCE: Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) is an exclusive form of lichen planus (LP) characterized by pigmentary incontinence in histopathologic slides.
OBSERVATIONS: We report a known case of LPP with ocular manifestations including pigmented eyelid margins and conjunctival and corneal pigmented lesions. Histopathologic and confocal scanning findings of these lesions were compatible with the diagnosis of underlying systemic disease.
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: To our knowledge, we report the first case of cornea directly involved by LP and ophthalmic presentations of LPP.

We report a case of a 6-year-old girl with a ganglioglioma in the pineal region presenting with a rare clinical picture of premature thelarche. Intracranial gangliogliomas are rare, especially in the pineal region. Their character, origin, treatment, and prognosis remain controversial. The pathophysiology of precocious puberty associated with pineal ganglioglioma is discussed.

Small bowel involvement in rheumatoid arthritis is rare and is caused by vasculitis, which results in ulceration, perforation, and necrosis of the small bowel. The authors present a case of rheumatoid vasculitis associated with a small bowel stricture. The patient had a 3-week history of daily postprandial bloating, abdominal cramping, and vomiting. Barium study demonstrated partial small bowel obstruction. Pathologic examination of a resected segment of the small bowel proved that the stricture was caused by rheumatoid vasculitis. A series of six placental haemangiomata is described. Of these one was large and was associated clinically with hydramnios and premature labour. The remaining five were discovered in the course of a systemic examination of 500 unselected placentae. The nasal mucosae of 39 cases of primary neuritic leprosy (PNL) registered at Karigiri were studied histologically to determine nasal mucosal involvement in PNL and its relevance to the pathogenesis of the disease. Specific changes of leprosy were seen in 20 (51%) biopsies, ranging from macrophage granulomas with acid fast bacilli, to epithelioid granulomas and nerve inflammation.
