An unusual case of complete duplication of the bladder and urethra in the coronal plane associated with left ectopic kidney, duplication of the clitoris and a chondrolipomatous malformation in the pelvic region in a girl is reported. The accessory bladder was located posterolateral to the normal bladder and a ureteric opening into the accessory bladder was found. The malformation was initially identified by US and cystography and confirmed by cystoscopy.

The histories of 3 patients operated for inflammatory intestinovesical fistulas are reviewed. Two of them were treated for colovesical, one for ileovesical fistula. The questions concerning the development, diagnostics and surgical management are discussed in detail. The importance of cystoscopy in diagnosis is emphasized. In all three patients one-session operations were performed with good results.

This study aimed to develop a novel and minimally invasive technique to manage encrusted or knotted retained ureteral stents. We present a unique case of bladder leiomyoma that was mistakenly diagnosed as a ureterocele. The delay in diagnosis meant ongoing significant voiding lower urinary tract symptoms, which could have been avoided. This was eventually successfully treated by transurethral resection.
