Case report of a man of 22 with juvenile haemochromatosis and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. There is evidence of siderosis of the basophil cells of the hypophysis, atrophy of the testicles with disappearance of leydig cells and alterations in the nucleoli of the neurones with enlargement, vacuolation and multiplication limited to the nucleus arcuatus tuberis. This study aims to outline the clinical features and outcomes of IgG4-related hypophysitis (IgG4-RH) patients in a tertiary medical center. We reviewed clinical manifestations and imaging and pituitary function tests at baseline, as well as during follow-up. Ten patients were included. In 1992, we reported a lymphocytic adenohypophysitis (LIH) (Neurol Med Chir). We considered this case unusual in that the case was that of a menopausal female and that it was accompanied with diabetes insipidus as classical lymphocytic adenohypohysitis (LAH).
