Pseudorabies virus (PRV), a member of the Alphaherpesvirinae subfamily, is the causative agent of Aujeszky's disease, which severely affects swine health and poses a potential zoonotic risk. PURPOSE: To assess the long-term efficacy and safety of pegylated interferon alpha-2b (peg-IFN-α-2b) for severe uveitis associated with Behçet's disease.
