PURPOSE: To evaluate patients with keratoconus who manifested progression after in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment.
METHODS: Patients with keratoconus who received IVF treatment were included in this study. None of the patients became pregnant as a result of the IVF treatment. Keratoconus (KC) is a complex disease whose pathophysiology is only partially understood. The priority in management is to halt the progression of corneal deformation as soon as possible in the course of KC disease.
