This case report describes a 41-year-old woman with a pubic symphyseal osteochondroma associated with an aberrantly placed single incision sling. Vaginal calculi are extremely rare and are most commonly encountered in the setting of an urethrovaginal or vesicovaginal fistula. We present a case of a 72-year-old woman with mixed urinary incontinence and vaginal mesh exposure incidentally found to have a large vaginal calculus.
