A 4 year-old boy with no previous history of eye or nasolacrimal disease was referred due to a painful mass on his left inner canthus, of three days onset, with no improvement in spite of oral antibiotics. Raw Cystic parathyroid adenoma is a rare cause of primary hyperparathyroidism. The authors report one case of cystic parathyroid adenoma, who presented with progressive right hip pain for one year. OBJECTIVE: Correction of swan neck deformity at the PIP and DIP joint by reconstruction of the oblique retinacular ligament through palmar transposition of one distally pedicled lateral band (oblique retinacular ligament reconstruction (ORL) = Littler II).
INDICATIONS: Rheumatoid swan neck deformity Nalebuff stages I-III (dynamic, partially contracted, contracted). The swan neck deformity should be of articular origin.
