BACKGROUND: Repeated use of postcoital hormonal contraception is not currently recommended due to the higher risk of side effects and lower contraceptive effectiveness compared to other modern methods of contraception. However, emerging evidence indicates renewed interest in a regular coitally-dependent method of oral contraception. Twenty two patients with gender dysphoria underwent neo-phalloplasties using a novel technique. Latissimus dorsi musculocutaneus re-innervated free flap was used to allow voluntary rigidity of the neo-penis. We investigated hypothesis that uterine erection, elevation and enlargement during sexual response are reflex and result from penis buffeting the glans clitoris (GC). The purpose of this study was to prospectively assess the impact of a TVT insertion for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) on coital incontinence and overall sexual life. Sexually active women with pure SUI and without concomitant pelvic organ prolapse scheduled for TVT procedure completed a sexual function questionnaire at baseline and 6 months after surgery. Fracture of the penis is an uncommon injury, but it occurs most commonly during over enthusiastic sexual intercourse. Diagnosis is not difficult but serious complications such as urethral rupture and corporo-urethral fistula may occur. Management should be by early surgical exploration, with evacuation of the haematoma and repair of the tear in the tunica albuginea in order to minimize the length of patient's stay in hospital and avoid complications such as penile deformity and painful penile erections.

In examination of 50 patients with impotence, pathological venous drainage (PVD) was revealed in 11 of them. Perfusion graded cavernosometry/cavernosography is the only method by which PVD can be detected and studied thoroughly. From July, 1977, through December, 1982, 342 patients were evaluated histologically. Aimed biopsy was performed on all cases because of the presence of colposcopic abnormality. Mild dysplasia was regarded as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I (CIN1), moderate dysplasia as CIN2, and severe dysplasia with carcinoma in situ as CIN3.
