Two undescribed furan derivatives elsholtzia ketone-9-O-β-glucopyranoside (1) and 8-hydroxy-elsholtzia ketone-9-O-β-glucopyranoside (2) along with ten known compounds (3-12), were isolated from Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl. Their structures were elucidated based on extensive analyses of spectroscopic data and quantum chemical calculations.
