BACKGROUND: Severe neonatal thrombocytopenia is a rare disease with multiple etiologies. Severe thrombocytopenia with bleeding is life-threatening and has attracted significant attention from clinicians. However, only a few studies have focused on the association between severe thrombocytopenia and bleeding. Thus, this study aimed to describe the neonates' postnatal age at which severe thrombocytopenia was first recognized, clinical characteristics, bleeding patterns, and outcomes and to evaluate the association between minimum platelet count and bleeding.

INTRODUCTION: Lichen sclerosus is a chronic inflammatory and atrophic dermatosis affecting preferentially the anogenital region. However, the cutaneous involvement remains less known and studied.
METHODS: We collected 17 patients to study the clinical and therapeutic features of cutaneous lichen sclerosus.

Systemic treatment options with proven efficacy for the treatment of metastatic uveal melanoma are limited. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy of nivolumab in metastatic uveal melanoma patients. In our multi-center study, the files of patients who received nivolumab treatment with a diagnosis of metastatic uveal melanoma were retrospectively reviewed and their information was recorded. Seventeen patients were enrolledand 16 patients were evaluable for efficacy. The objective response rate (ORR) was 18% including one confirmed complete response and two confirmed partial responses.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate radiological characteristics of the temporomandibular joint.
METHODS: Retrospective study of images of 20-80 year-old patients. Two independent clinicians analyzed the images, and a radiological score was obtained, considering sclerosis, osteophites, cysts, and erosion.
RESULTS: Seventy eight percent of the joints belonged to females. The main complaints were pain and headache (54.5%) and reduced motion (21.2%).
