Schwannoma is usually a solitary, slowly progressing, benign tumour. It arises from the Schwann cells of peripheral, cranial and autonomic nerve sheaths and rarely affects the external female genitalia. We treated a patient in her late 30s with vulvar schwannoma with complete excision. A histological examination showed an encapsulated proliferation of bland spindle cells positive for S100 and SOX10 on immunohistochemistry, negative for desmin. A diagnosis of vulvar schwannoma was made. It carries a good prognosis with complete excision.

Lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is a rare benign condition, with marked dilation of surface lymphatic vessels in the deep and subcutaneous layers. Extramammary Paget's disease and intraepithelial vulvar neoplasia are common lesions in the vulva. However, their simultaneous occurrence is extremely rare. We present the case of a 77year-old woman who presented with a 16month history of pruritus and a rash in the vulvar region with gradually increasing bleeding. She underwent a right hemivulvectomy and a left simple vulvectomy. The histopathology revealed a coexistence of both Paget's disease and high grade intraepithelial vulvar neoplasia.

Leiomyomas represent about 3.8% of all benign soft tissue tumors. Vulvar localization is very rare. We present a case of a vulvar leiomyoma and discuss diagnostic and therapeutic features of this disease. A 30-year-old female patient with no medical history, had a 5cm mass located in the left large lip causing a discomfort at the perineum especially in sitting and walking. Vulvar cancer is an uncommon gynecological malignancy primarily affecting postmenopausal women. There is no specific screening and the most effective strategy to reduce vulvar cancer incidence is the opportune treatment of predisposing and preneoplastic lesions associated with its development. A 21-year-old lady presented with a rapidly progressive vulvar swelling with inguinal lymphadenopathy for 7 months. Pathological evaluation revealed it as a case of rhabdomyosarcoma. The disease behaved aggressively and she was treated with multimodality treatment.

Vulvar carcinoma is an uncommon tumor that is seen most often in older women. Subtle symptoms such as pruritus should prompt examination and targeted biopsy in all women as this disease can be successfully treated even in elderly, frail individuals.
