Basal cell carcinoma accounts for 90% of malignant tumors of the eyelid. Basal cell carcinoma has been reported to rarely occur in conjunction with osteoma cutis or bone formation in the skin. CASE: A 73-year-old woman was referred because of a 2-cm ulcerative lesion on her perineum, near the anus. Punch biopsy showed BCC. She underwent wide local excision of tumor without any damage to the anal sphincter. The postoperative period was uneventful and the cosmetic results were good.
